Chef Eaton and Chef King took 24 students from Art Institute of Houston to China during June 17 through 28, 2006 for a credited culinary program coordinated by ERD. The delegation had courses and workshops in Beijing Intl Youth University, Shanxxi Cuisine College and Shanghai GoodFood Cuisine Training School.
