Credited Culinary Study Trip to China

ERD continues to be the coordinator for this credited trip. Led by Chef Pierre Gutknecht of Art Institute of Houston, the 18 students from different campuses of The Art Institutes system, such as Atlanta, Dallas, Houston, Phoenix and Washington DC participated all the pre-arranged courses and workshops in Beijing, Xi'an and Shanghai.
