Tianjin Nankai High School vs La Porte High School

In Februry 2009, 24 selected students from Tianjin Nankai High School, led by vice principle Mr. Baotong Lv and English teacher Ms. Guangling Zhang, were welcomed to La Porte city, Texas, USA for 13 days global study program. The program coordinated by Nancy Li, our Executive V. President to work with Tianjin government, Nankai High School, La Porte Education Fundation and La Porte High School. This is a first time ambassador trip for the Tianjin Nankai students and a life-changing opportunity! The students participated in classes with their American buddies as well as visited Texas History Museum, the State Capital, a farmer's rench, NASA Spcace Center. They also met Yao Ming and watched NBA game in Toyoto Center. the students experienced a career day with many industris' leaders and city officals in La Porte city. During their day, they also visited Washington DC and New York city to learn more about American history, cultures and people!
