Terms and Conditions

Price includes:

• Round trip economic class international air tickets according to the individual agreement;
• China domestic air or train tickets;
• 4 or 5 stars hotel accommodations according to the individual agreement set up with the organization;
• All academic programs including lectures, workshops, internship, cultural field trips, meals listed in the itinerary;
• Local transportation and English speaking tour guide.
• China Airport Tax;

Price NOT includes:

• Chinese Visa Service Fee;
• Tips to tour guide and driver ($11.00 min/per person/day suggested );
• Any other personal expenses such as excess baggage charge, phone bills, postage, laundry, drinks, insurance premiums, or charges arising from deviation;
• Meals not mentioned in itineraries or arranged by our local tour escort;
• Any other charges levied by local, state or federal government agency.

Booking and Payment:

• A booking requires a deposit of USD $800.00 - $1,000.00 for each person, among which $300.00 - $500.00 are non-refundable booking service fee according to the individual agreement;
• Final payment must be paid no later than 90 days prior to departure from US.
• If the booking is made less than 90 days before departure, the whole cost must be paid when booking.
• Personal and company checks are accepted.
• Credit card payments will incur an additional 3.5% fee. please fill up Credit Card Authorization Form and fax back to us at 713-456-2864

Cancellations and Charges:

Tour cancellations received after confirmation of booking, some of the deposit will be assessed as cancellation charges.

• 90 days prior to departure: US$300 per person.
• 60 days prior to departure: US$500 per person.
• 45 days prior to departure: US$700 per person.
• up to 30 days or no shows: 100% of the tour price.

Additional penalties may apply for hotel, air, train, ferry or cruiseship tickets which have already been issued or paid for deposits.

No refund will be made for any unused or missed tour feature including sightseeing, meals, hotels and transprotations.

All cancellatons must be in writing and will be effective upon receipt by Easton Resource Development, Inc.

Insurance:

Easton Resource Development, Inc. cannot be responsible or liable for loss, damage or theft of personal luggage and belongings, nor can we be liable for personal injury, accident or illness. We strongly urge you to check with your insurance agent to make sure you are adequately covered for any eventualities. You can purchase additional insurance to cover luggage, personal effects, accident and health. Travel Protection. We strongly recommend the purchase of "trip cancellation" insurance.

Limit of responsibilities

Easton Resource Development, Inc. reserves the right to alter any itinerary at any time based on local conditions, and will not be responsible for losses incurred due to unforseen circumstances. If unforeseen circumstances require a change of hotel, we will select alternative accommodations of same or better quality.

Easton Resource Development, Inc. reserves the right to adjust the listed price at any time for any reason. However, we will not adjust prices once the tour has been confirmed and deposit has been received.

Easton Resource Development, Inc. serves only as agent for independent supplier in securing program and tour arrangements, and therefore will not accept responsibility for wrongful, negligent, or arbitrary acts of omissions of these independent contractors, their employees or representatives.

Easton Resource Development, Inc. is not liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, or delay that may be caused by events not within our control, including without limitation, acts of terrorism, war, strikes, defect of any vehicle, or negligence or default of any third party. All tickets issued are subject to the terms and conditions specified by air carriers, cruise lines and other suppliers.

Easton Resource Development, Inc. has no liability for personal international air arrangements on event tour is cancelled.

Participants should strictly abide by the laws and regulations promulgated by the governments of the countries visited, including but not limited to Immigration and Customs Laws and Regulations. Easton Resource Development, Inc. will not be responsible for any and all penalties due to any regulations of the governements of the countries visited.

Participants are not allowed to change the confirmed itinerary, including transportation, hotel, meal and sightseeing. Any extra charge or loss incurred due to such change will be borne by the participant.

Complaints

If you have any complaints during your trip, please inform your local guide or our specified local representative or the suppliers immediately of the situation so that we may promptly attend to the matter. Failure to promptly notify us of your complaint may reduce or eliminate any compensation that may be payable. In cases where a satisfactory remedy is not achieved, you must submit a written complaint to Easton Resource Development, Inc. within ten days from the end of your tour. Complains received by Easton Resource Development, Inc. will be acted upon promptly and fairly within the terms of these conditions.

Disputes

Participants agree to resolve any dispute in a court of competent jurisdiction in Texas State.

This confirms that you have read, understood and agreed to each and all the conditions and limit of responsibility.
