A Delegation led by Mr. Liang, Xuewei, Section Chief of National Asset Management by Supervision Committee, Hainan provincial People's Government, visited Houston and exchanged ideas of economic development and modern enterprise with Ms. Helen T. Chang, Executive Assistant to the Mayor, Director, International Affairs & Development office of the Mayor. During their staying in American, they also visited several other cities and had a particular training in Northwestern University.
