An Official Delegation led by deputy governor Liu Xueliang of Heilongjiang province came to visit USA and Canada from Jan.06 through Jan.20, 2006. They came for Yabuli Ski Resort Project collabrated between Shangzhi City and a Canadian company. The delegation consisted of Deputy Governor Liu Xueliang, Mayor of Shangzhi Yang Jingwu, Director of Provicial Economic Development and Reform Bureau Zheng Liping, Director of Provincial Foreign Affairs Office Wang Haijun, Secretary for the governor Zhang Canwen, Dept.Manager of Provicial Foreign Affairs Office.
