Qiqihar University Delegation visited UHCL and
University of St. Thomas of Houston

A delegation led by Vice President Mr. Xuejun Zhang from Qiqihar University from the Heilongjiang province in China visited University of Houston-Clear Lake and met with university President William A. Staples on Dec. 21, 2011.
